cough? how we can cough correctly

Musim yang makin lama tidak menentu,  kadang hujan kadang panas, secara tidak langsung akan membuat badan kita tidak fit. Badan yang tidak fit  salah satu tandanya adalah mudah terserang batuk dan flu. Kadang kalau kita batuk, kita sering batuk sembarang, padahal kalau misalnya kita batuk sembarang, orang disekitar kita berisiko terkena batuk dan flu juga karena bakteri yang keluar saat kita batuk terbawa oleh angin.

Kalau di negara-negara maju, biasanya ketika flu dan batuk menggunakan masker supaya tidak menular ke orang lain, nah kadang kita bertanya, sebenarnya ada tidak  sih cara batuk yang mengurangi risiko penularan flu dan batuk ke orang lain. Sebenarnya ada loh etika batuk yang sudah di sosialisasikan oleh pemerintah.

Jadi ketika kita batuk kita tidak boleh batuk sembarang , apalagi kalau disekitar kita ada anak- anak.  Semisal ada keinginan batuk, kita arahkan mulut kita ke lengan baju bagian dalam, jadi bakteri yang keluar melalui mulut tidak terbang terbawa angin.

Cara lain yang bisa dilakukan adalah, dengan menggunakan tissu, semisal ada tissu disekitar kita, kita bisa menggunakan tissu tersebut ketika kita batuk, tapi jangan lupa, tisu harus segera dibuang dan setelah itu cuci tangan karna tangan kita itu juga merupakan sumber kuman.

New Chapter

Sudah hampir 5 tahun , blog ini ngga keurus..:)  Now, I'm back.. There are a lot of things that had happened for 5 year. I will keep to up date information about Health. 

everyone want to be healthy but some times, they do not control their meal. I personally think that to be healthy, we should control our meal and mind. Sometimes we always eat healthy food, but why we usually get sick, it probably because we get stressed about job, life or relationship. you would ask " could stress has an effect to my body?" I would answered, " of course". the reason is because when we stressed, our body will produce hormon that have an effect in our immune. 

So , if you want to be healthy, keep to eat healthy food and always be positive..

Sunlight contain vit D??

some people thinks that sunlightt contains vit D.. but my answer is between yes and no why?? because the sunlight contains unactive vit D.. it still needs process in our body.. so who help process unactive vit D in out body??  yes you right, the answer is renal... so renal will produce hormons to ptocess unactive vit D.... renal will active vit D and it will help bone to grow... that why in another article I invite you to protect our renal... cause renal is really really important for our body..
after the vit D is active, vit D will help the bone to absorb the calsium..that why we can grow up and tall...

now I'm writing about how to protect your renal. renal is small organ in your body but renal has a lot of function in yoyr body. renal help heart and liver to process the toxic and electrolit in our body. that why renal is really important for us. when the renal has a problem, the symptomns are difficult to breath, cant to pee, vomit, nausea, fatigue. if it happens, it should be brought to hospital as soon as possible. because heart's works depend renal's work. start now love your renal !!
so how we protect our renal??
first consume some water, because renal process toxic in our body so renal need some water to process the toxic easier.. consume minimum water 2 liter/day.. it can help your renal from fatigue.. as you know, renal can feel fatigue, because we always drink some unhealthy drink....
second , if you consume a lot of milk/ meal made from milk, it means you have to consume some water because calsium can be a stone in renal if dont drink some water.. the prosess from calsium become a stone needs some years..
third decrease drink unhealthy drink ... it can harm your renal..
if we drink less water, the renal will work so hard to throw the toxic from meal and drink that be consumed . if renal work too hard, the function of renal will decrease and the cell will broken.... if renal's cell broken , it can not be back normal. there is no drug that can heal broken renal cell.. there is no medical's equitment that can make renal function normal.. that way people who the renal function decreas always do hemodyalisi ( the blood wash) to continue their life...

start now love your renal by drink water as much as possible... :)

Recap rich man poor woman (recommended)

         long time no see, I would like to recap this drama, because I really like this drama so much, this drama is on going now, so I crazy to wait the last drama. if you are programmer, you should watch this . because there are some software that is so awesome and we have never thought before. this drama is tell about a boy who's name is toru hyuga, he is genius but anti-social, he can't comunicate with another people well, he has good friend who's name is asahina, he isn't as genius as hyuga but he is good in comunicate with another, they look for some worker and they meet natsui makoto, when she apply to hyuga and asahina's company , natsui use another identity, sawaki chihiro. why does natsui change her name?? I wouldn't tell you :D then asahina's sister,yoko back to japan and fall in love with hyuga, but she is a little bit sad because hyuga can't rember her name. as you know, hyuga just remember 2 names, asahina and sawaki chihiro, who is sawaki chihiro?? hyuga always look for woman whose name is sawaki chihiro, so hyuga decided to make personal file. but asahina think that it  will be cause problem. after take this project, hyuga and asahina always have different opinions. finally, Asahina  take hyuga company and fired hyuga, hyuga is so desperated and natsui  accompany hyuga make new company. hyuga create awesome program in his new company, he use 3d scanning. when hyuga is with natsui, hyuga can comunicate with another, can remember people name, become nice guy, can control his anger but suddenly, natsui left hyuga behind.... what happen nextt???

vitamin C or B if you get sprue

sprue... when you get that you think that you need some vit C... in fact you need some vit B.. so when you get sprue.. consume more vit B,,like meat, egg etc.. but don't too much to consume vit b okay.... so what is the sign if our body need some vit c?? when our body need vit c, the sign is our gums will bleed and bleeding under kortek skin.. :) and do you know what?? vit C can't stand in hot condition.. don't boil some food that contain with vit c.. and when you want to make a glass hot orange/ ice orange.. put in sugar first and then hot water,, stir it, wait a second , put in the orange.. :) keep health and consume health food :) sebenernya sariawan itu kekurangan vit c atau vit b ya?? ternyata sariawan itu tanda kekurangan vit b.. bukan vit c.. jadi konsumsi vitamin b seperti daging dan kuning telur.. tapi jangan terlalu banyak yah.. :) jadi apa sih tanda tubuh kita kekurangan vitamin c ??? jadi tandanya adalah perdarahan pada gusi dan perdarahan kapiler di bawah kulit.... :) dan asalkan kamu tau.. vitamin c engga kuat di keadaan yang panas.. jadi kalau buat es jeruk jangan dikasih air anget yah.. mending gula dilarutin dulu setela itu baru tuangin jeruknya :) jaga kesehatan dan jangan lupa konsumsi makanan sehat :)
